O3O I made Zelia a while ago but she didnt have a name...nor a true design...so i was looking up lizards, demons and human lizard creatures and found a design i kind of liked, but then changed the color, put dark scales on her, gave her pointy ears, earings, and horns. Her eyes I forgot to color >> but i kind of like them like that...
